Staying On Track With Your Goals

Well it's the new year! In my previous post New Me, Who Dis? (lol) I wrote about my main goal but I have several other goals I wish to accomplish. With winter gloom, motherhood, and just life in general I NEED motivtion, and organization. So I figured..hey why not blog about how I do it.
So here are some tips and things I do and maybe they will help you.
Create yourself a work space, a place to organize your thoughts, and compels you , not gets you all lackadaisical.
Get yourself a planner, notebook/journal to jot things down or even be your bullet journal or make your own planner. For me to stay organized I clearly need all three. I use the planner to write down what I have actually completed. The journal to bullet my week of things I wish to achieve and lots of lists. Lists really help me. There is just something about being about to check off or cross off your accomplishments.

Get a cup of coffee, listen to podcasts, motivational speeches while you work!

Write all your goals down for this year BE AMBITIOUS don't be a wimp! (do not get overwhelmed) Write quotes, scriptures, mantras! -Stop wishing start doing! In any given moment we have two options: step forward into growth, or step back into safety. Don't live the same year 75 times and call it a life. - are just a couple I like. Get a calendar, whatever else you want to add to it. Put together your vision board! The possibilities are endless.
For me and babe we only cross a day off if we accomplished our goals for the day. It hasn't been a week yet but we're doing great and haven't missed a day so far!
